"Fourteen years of turnarounds and not one failed X-ray on any vessel they've touched. When the refinery calls at 2 a.m., I give them one number."

Every Job Starts With the Code, Not the Torch.

Design review before a single cut is made.

ASME Sec. VIIIB31.3B31.1Material Cert. Verification

Our certified engineers verify that design calculations, material mill certs, and welding procedures conform to the applicable ASME BPVC section before mobilisation. We cross-reference B31.3 Process Piping or B31.1 Power Piping for attached systems, confirm P-number groupings, and document every deviation on a formal NCR before it becomes a field problem.

12 Sections

ASME BPVC covers power boilers, materials, nuclear components, pressure vessels, NDE, and piping — every section in our library.

WPS / PQRASME Sec. IXWeld MapsMaterial Traceability

Each weld is performed by a Section IX-qualified welder using a documented Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) and supported by a Procedure Qualification Record (PQR). Weld maps and heat logs maintain material traceability from plate to nameplate. Our QC manager performs visual inspection to Code requirements throughout — undercut, arc strikes, and geometry deviations are documented and resolved before the next pass.

U · S · R

Three ASME stamps authorising fabrication of pressure vessels (U), pressure piping (S), and repairs (R) to BPVC requirements.

In-Situ Repair Without Compromising the Schedule.

Preheat controlled. PWHT executed. No shortcuts.

NBIC Part 3Preheat ControlPWHTNCR Documentation

Field repairs on pressure-retaining equipment follow NBIC Part 3 and the applicable ASME section. Preheat is maintained by controlled temperature monitoring to P-number rules — thermocouple strips, not guesswork. Post-weld heat treatment is performed per BPVC schedule and verified by chart recorder. Every repair weld is visually inspected by the QC manager and logged as a nonconformance item until cleared.

Find Every Flaw Before the Fluid Does.

RT, UT, MT, PT — then 1.3× MAWP to prove it.

RT · UT · MT · PTUG-99 HydrostaticNDE ReportVisual Examination

Radiographic testing reveals internal weld integrity; ultrasonic testing maps material thickness and sub-surface flaws; magnetic particle and dye penetrant testing clear surface defects on every weld and heat-affected zone. Once NDE is accepted, the vessel is subjected to hydrostatic test at 1.3 times the Maximum Allowable Working Pressure per UG-99, held, reduced to MAWP, and examined for leaks at all connections and joints.

1.3× MAWP

Minimum hydrostatic test pressure per UG-99 — every pressure-retaining item in the vessel is subjected to this proof load before release.

ASME Data Reports, mill certs, weld maps — every page.

ASME U-1 Data ReportCertification MarkThird-Party Audit Ready

Certification handover includes the ASME Manufacturer's Data Report (U-1 or equivalent), material certificates confirming ASME-approved stock, all WPS/PQR documentation, the NDE report package, hydrostatic test chart, and any NCR disposition records. The ASME Certification Mark is applied to the nameplate only after an authorised ASME Inspector signs off. Your procurement team gets a package that closes any third-party audit.
